WWII US Marines PT Sweatshirt
Sweatshirts, although ubiquitious in our time, have existed as gym wear well since the turn of the century. The US military widely adopted them during WWII for PT clothing, with many designs popping up in base PXs across the country. This particular Marine Corps design can be seen worn during WWII into Korea, and even during cold nights among Marines in Hue City, Vietnam.
